Enid Baseball - EJRT Baseball

Enid Joint Recreation Triad maintains a summer program with the intent of providing the children of Enid and the surrounding area an opportunity to play organized recreational baseball without regard to race, religion, sex or ability to play.

An Enid baseball commission administers the summer league and is charged with the responsibility of keeping the program operational with the children's best interest in mind. The program does not serve the egos of parents, coaches, or other adults.

Youth ages 4 thru 12 can play EJRT baseball. Six different age groups are offered. Official Rules are available here.
 

2013 EJRT Baseball Team Formation Guidelines:

Age Cutoff for 2013

The cutoff date is May 1st. The 2013 season will start on April 1, 2013. This means whatever age a player is on May 1, 2013, will be their age for the 2013 season.

Teams will be formed according to the guidelines listed below:

• 4yr  T-ball -  Cannot turn 5 years old before May 1st of current season.
   
• 6U  T-ball - Kindergarten and cannot turn 7 years old before May 1st of current season.
   
• 8U  Coach Pitch - Cannot turn 9 years old before May 1st of current season.
   
• 10U - Cannot turn 11 years old before May 1st of current season.
   
• 12U - Cannot turn 13 years old before May 1st of current season.
  
  *Player classification is determined by May 1st birth date.
  
  No player will be allowed to play on more than one league team or in  or in more than one age group at any time.
   

Registration is open thru February 23, 2013 (4-year-old T-ball due March 8th) after this date players will only be accepted as space is available.

Player fee, completed registration form and signed Consent for Participation and Treatment are due February 23, 2013.

Fees:

Individual Player Fee:

$45 4yr - T-ball (4yr olds must play 4 yr Tball and may not play up to 6U)
$65 ages 6U T-ball
$75 ages 8U Coach Pitch, 10U and 12U


Team Fees:

6U team fees are $100
8U-12U  team fees are $150

Season:

The Summer 2013 season starts April 1st - July 3rd, 2013.

Fields:

The EJRT Baseball League plays all of its games at Crosslin Park, located between Purdue and Oxford west of Highway 81 North. Click on the map to open a larger version in a new window.
