Note: Player cannot be released and assigned to an area outside of Grade school boundary 
where he resides or attends school without EJRT Board approval.
 
Notice to Coach: 
A. Player must have the coach of the team he is leaving sign the release, deliver the original 
release to the coach of the new team to which he is re-assigned.
 
B. The coach signing the player shall attach this release form to the roster and turn into the 
league office.

Note: No player may transfer from one team to another after June 12. Any player who transfers
